Medshifter offers instant digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. All products are electronically delivered upon successful payment, directly to your registered email or user account.

Policy Overview

Due to the digital nature of our products, there are no shipping or courier services involved. Your purchase is fulfilled electronically and available for immediate download after the payment is processed.

1. Digital Delivery Format

All products sold on Medshifter  are delivered in digital format, such as:

  • Canva template links
  • ZIP/PDF/PNG/JPEG files
  • Google Drive access (if applicable)
  • Private download links via email or dashboard

2. Delivery Time

  • Instant Access: Most products are accessible immediately after payment.
  • Email Delivery: You will receive a confirmation email with your download link.
  • Account Access: Files are also accessible through the “My Orders” or “Downloads” section of your Medshifter account.
  • Please allow up to 10 minutes after purchase for the email to arrive. Check your spam/promotions folder.

At Medshifter, we believe great design should be accessible to everyone. Whether you’re starting a new business, promoting a product, or simply trying to stay consistent online — we’re here to help you shine.

3. Failed Delivery / Email Issues

In rare cases, emails may be delayed or blocked due to:
  • Incorrect email address at checkout
  • Spam filter blocking the email
  • Server or gateway delays
If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes, please:
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Log into your Medshifter account to download directly
  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number

4. Download Expiry or Limits

Most files are accessible indefinitely, but we recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase. Some links (e.g., Canva or Drive-based) may:
  • Be updated or replaced in the future
  • Expire after a certain number of days or downloads

Medshifter does not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated.

5. Account Access Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:
  • Using a valid email address during checkout
  • Keeping their Medshifter account credentials secure
  • Downloading files on a supported device or browser
  • Saving a local backup after download
We are not responsible for lost access due to forgotten credentials or deleted emails.

6. Technical Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that:
  • Your device and software can open the provided file format
  • You have access to Canva (Free or Pro, as specified)
  • You download files using a stable internet connection

We do not offer refunds for incompatibility with tools not supported by Medshifter .

7. No Physical Shipping

As a digital product provider, Medshifter does not offer:

  • Physical delivery or packaging
  • Courier services or shipping estimates
  • International delivery tracking (not applicable)
