At Medshifter, we specialize in instant-access digital products, which are delivered electronically. As a result, all sales are final, and cancellations are not permitted once a purchase has been completed.
Policy Overview
Due to the downloadable and replicable nature of digital products, we are unable to accept order cancellations, refunds, or returns under any circumstance, except in the case of technical issues explicitly caused by our system.
Important Points:
- Final Sale: Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, the transaction is non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies to all items, including Canva templates, digital planners, guides, and resources.
- Immediate Access: Our products are typically available for instant download. This means your purchase is deemed “delivered” once payment is confirmed and download access is provided.
- Product Understanding: It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the product description, view sample images, and understand the required tools (e.g., Canva) before purchase. Lack of familiarity with Canva or similar tools is not a valid reason for cancellation.
- Issue Resolution: If you encounter a genuine technical issue such as
- Broken download link
- Corrupt file
- Incomplete delivery
Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We are happy to assist and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- In exceptional cases, where we are unable to deliver the product or resolve the issue despite your efforts to reach us, we will process a cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.
- The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What We Don’t Cover:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buying by mistake
- Inability to use the template due to unfamiliarity with Canva or editing platforms
- Compatibility issues not related to file defects
